We are seeking a savvy Account Manager with outstanding sales and administrative skills!
The Account Manager is responsible for achieving the total annual revenue plan target for the assigned customer accounts. The incumbent is accountable for assisting in the end-to-end delivery and implementation of projects, general day-to-day account management duties and assisting with sales related activities for the assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities include
Expand account penetration by increasing depth and breadth of the company’s solutions.
Maintain and improve sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Solve client problems and diffuse escalated matters, and provide documentation of issues and root causes for future issue avoidance.
Maintain communication and service to all customers in order to anticipate and meet their needs.
Develop sales proposals to meet customer's needs for company services consistent with management guidelines.
Prospecting for new business.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of sales or account management experience in credit reporting, data solutions or financial services.
